Account Suspension, Closure, and Dispute Resolution

If we suspend your account, we will freeze your balance pending investigation. If the investigation clears you, we will restore your account and return your balance. If investigation confirms a breach, we may forfeit your balance or close your account permanently.

We aim to resolve disputes fairly and within reasonable timeframes. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your dispute to a higher level of support within yabos.
